After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences, Kelsie began her career in social work, where she honed her skills in counseling and problem-solving. She later accepted a promotion at the Bainbridge Athletic Club, where she oversaw membership, marketing, and youth programming. After starting a family, Kelsie left the Club to take on a more active role in managing her and her husband's island-based business, which specializes in metal fabrication for residential remodels and new construction.

With a wealth of experience in construction, home renovation, and design, Kelsie then found a career in real estate that allows her to utilize her expertise and passion for helping others.
